The soft and strong Cotton twill fabric cover is zippered for easy removal and inside is a sturdy inner liner which securely contains the special filling! Not if, but when your ComfyBean cover gets dirty, simply unzip to remove it then machine wash and dry. The Faux fur cover is also removable and washable. The ComfyBean cover is more comfortable than typical vinyl, and it is filled with polystyrene beads. You can upgrade the Comfy Bean to be filled with superfill, which is a combination of polystyrene beads and shredded foam. Our bead, before it is puffed, is made from recycled plastics and our new foam from scrap furniture cushion cut-outs that would have ended wastefully clogging a landfill.
