Bean Products Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, return it within 30 days, and receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping. Our preferred return method is UPS, as it provides better tracking, but you are welcome to return it via any method you would like. We cannot accept returns on any used items. Please include the packing slip when returning your item to expedite the return process.
