Shipping Policy
All orders ship directly from our Chicago location unless otherwise noted.
Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are manufactured and processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom embroidery may add 1–2 business days to the normal processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return authorization. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before returning an item, please contact orders@beanproducts.com for authorization and return instructions.
Return Eligibility and Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
Used items
Embroidered, personalized or customized items
Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene-sensitive products, including pillows and shower curtains, may only be returned when they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If we made a mistake, please contact us so we can correct it.
When requesting a return, please include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses associated with the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing time for it to be processed and posted, please contact orders@beanproducts.com.
Return Shipping
Please contact orders@beanproducts.com before returning an item. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to our error, including a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly.

I've tried lots of pillows and this is my favorite. It's flexible, but provides firm support for my hypermobile neck.

I own several dust mite proof organic cotton pillow protectors from different companies. Yours is the softest and most well made of all of them. I'm very happy with my purchase.
This was my first and last purchase from Bean products. Truly stupid design: the zipper is on the END. Dude: it is impossible to shove a neck pillow into a tiny opening on the END. This is a terrible product, especially for how expensive it is, and how much effort it takes to return it. Goodbye Bean.
The dust mite pillow cover is very well made. The fabric is densely woven, very nice material with a secure zipper. I've used it to protect a TPE plastic pipe pillow and it is perfect.
This material was too stiff for my liking. I changed the cover and used less kapok in the pillow.
It is wonderful now!! I have not had any neck issues while sleeping with it. Great product!! I'm so glad I found this website. I had a kapok pillow when I was young. And I loved it so much, and looked online to find one.

I bought this one for my husband and his words were, “best pillow I’ve ever used!” He loves it! He is a back sleeper and said it offers perfect support. I am a side sleeper and ordered the Kapok pillow and love it!
This pillow is well constructed, but it was too large for me to sleep comfortably all night. I was looking for a pillow that would fit under my neck and allow for movement throughout the night. The size of the neck pillow was too large for my neck curvature, therefore did not serve the purpose I purchased it for. In the future, I might try purchasing the same pillow in a smaller size to see if that works better for my needs.
Am so happy with this heavy duty well made pillow ticking cover, that I bought another! Love that the zipper rounds both edges, so that it's really easy to uncover & recover my travel Pillow❣

Great item! Fantastic quality and super fast shipping. I had some extra Dunlop latex from another pillow that I used to fill this and make a toddler pillow. Works great!

These pillows are truly amazing! They are so fluffy and clean! I'm so glad I ordered them. Customer service with the shipping was outstanding. When a mishap happened with shipping I was helped immediately and it was resolved! Thank you! I will be ordering from this company in the future!
This pillow definitely helps my neck when laying down. It’s comfortable. However it smells so strong of something maybe new material. The smell sticks with you after you stop using it. Also the millet is just free inside the cover so if you want to wash it you have to dump all the millet out in to something else. It’s a little messy.
The fabric is very thick, but soft and completely stuffed with buckwheat shells! I took some out to fit my comfort level. I bought one on recommendation from my chiropractor and noticed a decrease in neck pain after using this for 2 weeks.
