It was easy to assemble and I'm not getting migraine headaches from too much sitting/computer work in my old chair . I'm not as limber as people in the picture so I have to go back to my old chair on and off throughout the day. But I think this will diminish as hips and back open up. It's not pretty, and it's quite large, but I don't regret the purchase at all. Go for it.
